The person filling in the form needs no design skills and cannot break the layout, because only the fields the template owner exposed are editable and the layout adapts to the content automatically.\n\nBluepic is developed and operated by FellowBlue GmbH, Cologne, Germany.\n\n## How it works\n\n1. **Build a template.** A design team creates graphic templates in the browser-based Template Builder (Bluepic Studio, `studio.bluepic.io`). Templates can start from a blank canvas at any pixel size (default 1080 × 1080 px, canvas area up to 7016 × 9933 px, larger canvas area is available on request), from a ready-made preset, or from an InDesign file (IDML import). One template can hold several formats, for example a square post and a story.\n2. **Define what is editable.** Template properties are connected to input fields: text, text selection, image upload or image selection, logo, colour or colour selection, number, checkbox, instruction, and grouped or repeatable field sets. Constraints such as character limits or restricted image sources keep every result on-brand. Expressions, variables, and IF/ELSE logic let a template react to input, for example show an element only when a specific field is filled, or move an element when the text gets longer.\n3. **Publish as a campaign.** The finished template is released as a design generator through one of four campaign types: a hosted **web** page shared by link, an embeddable **widget** for the customer's own website, a **team** campaign that is password-protected or reachable only by team members, or an **automation (API)** campaign driven programmatically.\n4. **End users generate graphics.** They open the link or widget in any browser, fill in the fields, and download the graphic, post it directly to LinkedIn, or share it to Instagram, Facebook, or X via the platform's own app. No account and no app are required.\n\n## Who it is for\n\nOrganisations that need many people to create on-brand content themselves. The core customer group is trade fair and conference organisers, who give speakers, exhibitors, and attendees personalisable social media graphics. Bluepic is also used by universities, franchise and retail networks, associations, and NGOs.\n\n## Key facts\n\n- **Category:** design generator platform for distributed marketing: brand-controlled templates that partners, members, and event stakeholders turn into their own on-brand graphics and videos; also filed under creative automation and event advocacy / social proof software.\n- **Delivery:** web application, no installation. Bluepic Studio (template creation) is built for desktop browsers; its interface is not responsive and not usable on mobile devices. Design generators are responsive and work well on small screens.\n- **Output formats:** PNG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP, PDF, SVG, and video as MP4, MOV, WEBM (set per template).\n- **Languages:** the Studio interface is English; generators work in any language and script (Latin, Arabic, Chinese, and others). The website is available in English and German.\n- **Pricing model:** yearly subscription (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with a yearly credit allowance; one credit is consumed per exported graphic, 0.1 per API render.\n- **Time to first generator:** minutes from a preset; typically 30 to 60 minutes for a custom template built from scratch."}
