In Studio, a campaign bundles several templates in one design generator. Users pick a template there, fill it in and export their design. Unlike a single template link, you design the page yourself.

This takes four steps:

1. Create the campaign under **Campaigns**.
2. Choose the templates.
3. Design the design generator.
4. Test and share the link.

## Create the campaign

1. Click **Campaigns** in the Studio navigation. The overview of your campaigns opens.
2. Click **Create Campaign**. If you have no campaign yet, it is the **Create campaign** card. A popup opens.

   > **Create Campaign can't be clicked?** A campaign needs at least one template. Create a template first.

3. Check that **Web** is selected. That is the default. The other types are for other cases:

   - **Web**: a page of its own with a link. This article is about it.
   - **Widget**: a design generator to embed in your website.
   - **Team**: only for members of your team, after they log in.

4. Click **Create**. The campaign is now created and opens at the **Templates** step. At the top you see all steps of the campaign.

## Choose the templates

The **Templates** step shows your templates, sorted by folder. Bluepic saves every change to the campaign automatically.

1. Tick the card of every template users should get. **Select all** selects all templates of a folder. Users see the templates in the order you select them.

   > **A template is missing from the list?** Templates in **Drafts**, **Archive** and **Presets** don't show here. Move the template into another folder first.

2. Click **Next** at the top. The **Assets** step opens. You only need it for a brand portal with files to download.
3. Click **Next** again. The **Generator Theme** step opens.

## Design the design generator

In the **Generator Theme** step you decide what the design generator looks like. A preview is on the right.

1. Type the title of your design generator under **Title**.
2. Choose under **Layout** how users pick a template: in a gallery (**Template Selection via Gallery**) or in a slider, horizontal or vertical.

3. Click **Next** until the **Share** step appears. You can skip **Landing Page** and **Social Connections** on the way.

> **Tip:** You also set colors, fonts and field hints under **Generator Theme**. [Generator Theme settings](https://bluepic.io/help/campaigns/generator-theme) explains how.

## Test and share the link

The design generator is the page where users fill in your templates and export their design. The **Share** step shows its link. The campaign has been online since you created it.

1. Click **Copy URL**. The message "Copied to clipboard" appears. The link is now on your clipboard.
2. Open the link in a new browser tab. The design generator opens.
3. Pick a template and fill it in the way users would. Do this once for every template.
4. Test every input field and the export.
5. Click **Finish**. You get back to the overview of your campaigns.

Then share the link with your users. **Delete URL** in the **Share** step takes the campaign offline, **Make live** switches it back on.

## The other steps of the campaign

You only need the steps you skipped above for certain purposes. Each one has its own article:

- **Assets**: offer files such as brochures or logos for download. See [Set up a brand portal: offer files for download in a campaign](https://bluepic.io/help/campaigns/brand-portal-assets).
- **Generator Theme**: colors, fonts and field hints. See [Generator Theme settings](https://bluepic.io/help/campaigns/generator-theme).
- **Landing Page**: a page with a header, background and title around the design generator. See [Design a landing page: set up the page around the design generator](https://bluepic.io/help/campaigns/landing-page).
- **Social Connections**: choose whether users download their design, share it or send it to another system. See [Social Connections: export targets of a campaign](https://bluepic.io/help/campaigns/platform-integrations).
- **Share**: besides the link, personal pre-filled links for each recipient. See [Generate personal links: pre-fill a campaign for each recipient](https://bluepic.io/help/data-and-automation/generate-urls).
- **Analytics**: see how many designs users created and downloaded. See [Campaign and template analytics](https://bluepic.io/help/campaigns/analytics).
