# Team campaigns

A team campaign keeps a template behind access controls, for internal use rather than public sharing. It skips the public theming of web and widget campaigns, so its steps are just **Templates**, **Access**, and **Share**.

Create one from the **Campaigns** area: add a new campaign, choose the **Team** type, and add the templates you want to include.

## Access

The **Access** step decides who can open the campaign. Use either control, or both together:

- **Teams with access**: restrict it to members of your [teams](https://bluepic.io/help/account-management/teams). Add the teams that should have access, and people sign in to use it.
- **Password**: protect the campaign with a password that you share with whoever needs it.

## Sharing

The **Share** step gives the campaign a link to send to your team. Combined with the access controls, only the right people can open it.
