# Input fields group

A group bundles related input fields together into one card so a long form stays organised, for example all the fields for a header in one place. Unlike a [collection](https://bluepic.io/help/input-fields/input-fields-collection), a group does not repeat; it just keeps related fields tidy.

To create one, select the fields you want together in the **Inputs** panel and click **Group**. You can drag fields into and out of a group afterwards, and give the group a [Title](https://bluepic.io/help/input-fields/input-field-title).
