We build your templates

No design capacity in your team? Send us your designs — we rebuild them as Bluepic templates and hand you finished Design Generators.

How it works

You supply the design, we do the template work. Three steps from your files to a generator your whole team can use.

Design files for a Bluepic template

1. Send us your designs

Any open file format works — Photoshop, InDesign, Affinity, PowerPoint, Figma. Tell us what your team should be able to change later, and we send you a fixed quote.

Template with connected input fields

2. We build the templates

Our team rebuilds each design in the Template Builder: input fields for the content that changes, dynamic layouts that adapt to it, and everything else locked down.

Sharing a Design Generator with users

3. You share Design Generators

The finished templates land in your Bluepic account. Share them as a link, embed them as a website widget, or bundle several into one campaign kit.

Template Service

What you get

A fixed price per graphic template, and templates that behave like the ones you would have built yourself — because they are built in the same Template Builder.

Fixed price per template

300 EUR per graphic template. Larger volumes get a discount on the Enterprise plan.

Works with every plan

Free, Pro or Enterprise — you can use the Template Service at any time, independently of your plan.

Foolproof for your team

Users fill in a form instead of moving layers. Fonts, colors and layout stay where your brand guide puts them.

Dynamic layouts

Long names, short claims, missing logos: the layout adapts to the content instead of breaking.

Yours to edit

The templates live in your account. You can open, duplicate and change them in the Template Builder whenever you want.

Ready to share

Every template ships as a Design Generator: a link, a website widget, or part of a campaign kit.

Questions about the Template Service

What does the Template Service cost?

300 EUR per graphic template. Larger volumes are discounted on the Enterprise plan. You always get a fixed quote before we start, so there is no hourly billing and no surprise.

Which file formats can I send?

Any open file format: Photoshop, InDesign, Affinity, PowerPoint, Figma and others. Send the source files rather than a flattened export, along with the fonts and logos you want us to use. A link to WeTransfer, Drive or Dropbox is the easiest way.

Do I need a paid plan for this?

No. The Template Service can be used with any plan at any time — it is billed separately from your subscription. Which plan you are on decides how many graphic templates and credits your account holds, not whether we can build templates for you.

How long does it take?

That depends on how many templates you need and how complex they are. We agree on a delivery date together with the quote, before any work starts.

Can I change the templates afterwards?

Yes. The finished templates sit in your Bluepic account like any template your own team would have built, and you can open, duplicate and edit them in the Template Builder.

What exactly do I get at the end?

Finished Design Generators: your design as a template with input fields, ready to share as a link, to embed on your website as a widget, or to bundle with others into a campaign kit. Your team enters content into a form and the design adapts automatically.
