In the template editor, you upload your own fonts, for example your brand font. After that, you and your team can use it in all templates. Google Fonts don't need an upload, they are already there.
Upload a font
- Click a text on the canvas or in the layers panel. The properties panel shows its properties.
- Click the name of the current font under Font Family in the properties panel. The Fonts picker opens.
- Click Upload custom font at the top of the picker. Your computer's file dialog opens.
- Choose the files of your font. TTF, OTF, WOFF and WOFF2 are allowed. Choose all styles of one font at once, for example Regular, Bold and Italic. The Font Name popup opens.
The message “Could not read font files” appears?
All files of one upload must belong to the same font, and Bluepic must be able to read them. Upload each font on its own. If the message appears for a single file, try another format of the same font.
- Type a different name if you want. Bluepic suggests the name stored in the font file. A name can't contain a period.
- Click Next. The font is uploaded and applied to your text right away.
The message “Font upload failed” appears?
Usually your Stored assets limit is reached. Every uploaded font counts as one asset, just like an image. Delete fonts or images you no longer need, or raise the limit in your billing settings.
- Look at the canvas. Check that the text shows the new font and that bold and italic look the way you want.
For other texts, you find your font in the same picker. The Custom Fonts filter shows only uploaded fonts, and Search fonts finds a font by name.
