Everything about your plan lives under Settings → Billing. There you can see your current plan and renewal date, your credit usage against your yearly allowance, and how much of your team-member, template, and stored-asset capacity you are using.
Payment and invoices are handled by Stripe. Click Manage via Stripe to update your card or download invoices, and use the same page to cancel your subscription.
How charges work. The Pro subscription is billed annually and includes a yearly credit allowance plus a fixed capacity of team members, templates, and stored assets. There is no overage invoice: if you use more credits than your allowance, nothing changes for 3 days, and after that exported graphics carry a Bluepic watermark until your usage is back within the allowance. Buying additional credits raises your allowance immediately and removes the watermark.
Add-ons. On Pro you can add credits, team members, template slots, and asset slots at any time from the billing page. Credits are charged in full for the current year; capacity add-ons are prorated for the remaining subscription cycle. Reductions take effect at the next renewal.
Free plan. Free has no billing page actions beyond Upgrade to Pro. When a Free account reaches its credit allowance, exports stop until the allowance resets on the next anniversary of the signup.
