Team Collaboration
We rolled out collaboration features to work on Templates and Campaigns together as a Team. You can duplicate, move and even edit the Templates and Campaigns of other Team Members.
Add your Team Members' Templates & Campaigns
In the Folder Panel of the Template Overview you will find an "Add folder" button. Clicking on that button will open a menu that will list all your Team Members and their folders. Pick a folder and pin it to your Folder Panel. Once done you can access your Team Members' Templates and use them similarly to your own Templates. In the Campaign Overview you will find a similar workflow to add Campaigns of your Team Members to your own Campaign Overview.
Shared Assete
The update also allows you to access the aAssets of your Team Members in the Image Library and Font Library. You can connect your Teams' Assets to an Image Element and Text Element in your own Templates as well.
Important
1. This feature is opt-in. An Admin of your Team needs to enable collaboration in the Team Settings to make the features available. This is possible here: User Settings -> Team -> Settings (upper right corner).
2. Every Team Member can edit every other Member's Templates and Campaigns. There's no view-only mode, a new version will be live right after the changes are saved. To be safe we recommend to duplicate a Template before editing it.
3. If another user is editing the same Template, you will be notified, so you don't accidentally overwrite each other's changes.
Build a Team
Creating your own Team is available on STARTER, PRO and ENTERPRISE. You can add any Bluepic user to your Team regardless of their subscription, including free users. Navigate to your Settings, where you can add or remove Team Members and enable the collaborative features. Best of all, Team Members don't consume any credits. Read more about Teams in Bluepic here.
