Create a team campaign: a design generator only for your team

Last updated October 22, 2026

In Studio, a team campaign gives you a design generator that only members of your team can open after signing in. Exports from it cost no credits and get no watermark, after signing in as well as with the password. If you like, you also protect the campaign with a password.

This takes four steps:

  1. Create the team campaign under Campaigns.
  2. Choose the templates.
  3. Decide who has access.
  4. Test and share the link.

Create the team campaign

  1. Click Campaigns in the Studio navigation. The overview of your campaigns opens.
  2. Click Create Campaign. If you have no campaign yet, it is the Create campaign card. A popup opens.
    Create Campaign can't be clicked?

A campaign needs at least one template. Create a template first.

Create Campaign popup with the types Web, Widget and Team, Web selected.
  3. Click the Team card. It is now selected.
The Team card can't be selected?

A team campaign needs a team. The card only becomes active once your plan includes a team and your account is part of it. Create a team or join one, see Manage your team: invite team members, assign roles, remove members. Without a team, share your templates with a web or widget campaign.

  4. Click Create. The team campaign is now created and online. It opens at the Templates step. At the top you see all steps: Templates, Access and Share.

You can also start in the template editor: click Share at the top right of the toolbar and then Create campaign. The template is then already in the campaign.

Choose the templates

The Templates step shows your templates, sorted by folder. Bluepic saves every change to the campaign automatically.

  1. Tick the card of every template your team should get. Select all selects all templates of a folder.
A template is missing from the list?

Templates in Drafts, Archive and Presets don't show here. Move the template into another folder first.

  2. Click Next at the top. The Access step opens.

Decide who has access

In the Access step you decide who can open the campaign. A preview is on the right.

  1. Look under Team with access to see which team has access. It is the team that owns the campaign. All members of this team can open the campaign after signing in, nobody else. You can't change the team. A team campaign is always private.
Access step: Team with access shows the team, below it the Password option.
  2. If you want a password, tick Password. The input below it becomes active.
  3. Type the password. The campaign is now protected with the password. Anyone who isn't signed in only sees the password prompt "This campaign is password protected." and no sign-in any more. With the password, people outside the team get in too. Team members need it as well, unless they are already signed in.
  4. Click Next. The Share step opens.

The Share step shows your campaign's link. The campaign has been online since you created it.

  1. Click Copy URL. The message "Copied to clipboard" appears. The link is now on your clipboard.
  2. Open the link in a new browser tab. The design generator opens.
A team member ends up back on the sign-in page after signing in?

The account isn't part of the team under Team with access. Bluepic signs it out and shows the sign-in again. The team member signs in with the account that belongs to the team. If you set a password, they can also get in with it.

You see Incorrect password, please try again?

The password is wrong. Look up the current password in the Access step.

  3. Fill in every template once the way your team would.
  4. Test every input field and the download.
  5. Click Finish. You get back to the overview of your campaigns.

Then share the link with your team. In the design generator of a team campaign, the only export is the download. Since there is no Generator Theme step, the Bluepic branding can't be switched off.
